While working to prep for the paint, they discovered rotten wood on the deck as well as in the joist- they quickly brought it to our attention -instead of just painting over it, and helped us get an alternate plan in place to rebuild the upper deck. Their honesty and ability to work with us and change plans so quickly was refreshing and made working with them a fantastic experience. They were fast and efficient in replacing the boards and the deck looks wonderful. Painting will have to wait as we allow the wood to dry, but when it’s ready- it will definitely be TnT that we call.
